Stimson Contracting Inc. was founded in 1999 by Steve and Angela Stimson. We are a family owned and operated business in the heart of the growing Spokane, Washington’s West Plains area. Our office is located at 11515 W. Sunset Hwy. ¼ of a mile west of the new Wal-Mart
Super center in Airway Heights. We have two display buildings on site for your
convenience to look at. Stimson Contracting Inc. is licensed and
bonded and we have a good standing with department of L&I and BBB.
Stimson Contracting Inc. specializes in Post
Frame and Stick Frame Construction. We build anything from
residential garages and shops to agricultural or livestock
facilities. We also do light commercial buildings, airplane hangers
and mini storages. Just about anything that you could want or need!
We like to stay in the Spokane area, but that is not to say that we
will not travel.
What

We are not the largest post frame company in
the Northwest, nor the smallest. We feel that having the right
balance between customers and employee’s to serve those customers is
VERY important. We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer
service. We feel that every customer deserves the same service
despite the project size. We have in-house crews along with our
exclusive subs, which means your are getting what we feel is very
important for our customers, to know that the same company that sold
you your new building is also the company that is building your new
building! Our customers have frequent updates from their building
foreman during the building project, so that you never feel “left in
the dark”.
Stimson Contracting Inc. understands how
important it is for you to work with a company that is knowledgeable, honest and listens to what the CUSTOMER wants. We take great pride in every project large or small. We provide quality workmanship to YOUR specifications, along with the city and county codes and engineered plans, in a timely
manner. We stand behind all of our buildings for one full year. We provide every customer with a requested start date and a
requested end date on every building contract.
